R&D center has multiple functional laboratories, mainly including process development laboratory, isolation and purification laboratory, of cytobiology laboratory, quality standard laboratory, microbiology laboratory, balance room and product formula research laboratories.
process development laboratory: mainly used for conducting the small pilot production process and its matching technology research of the functional peptide from natural protein, the fermented fruit and vegetable juice with peptide, and the mineral elements chelate functional peptides. Laboratory equipped with fully automatic and semi-automatic fermentation tank, ultrafiltration equipment, continuous chromatographic separation equipment, spray drier, vacuum freeze dryer, enzymolysis water bath pot, homogenizer, etc.
Separation and Purification laboratory: mainly used for to carry out the basic research, separation and purification and functional factor enrichment of the functional peptide from natural protein, the fermented fruit and vegetable juice with peptide, and the mineral elements chelate functional peptides. The laboratory equipped with ultra performance liquid chromatograph(UPLC),rapid purification system, stable isotope ratio mass spectrometer, simi-preparation liquid chromatograph, liquid chromatograph/mass spectrometer(Lc/MS), gas chromatograph/mass spectrometer(GC/MS), Kieldahl nitrogen determination apparatus, etc.
Cytobiology laboratory: mainly used for functional assessment of natural protein peptide, the fermented fruit and vegetable juice with peptide and the mineral elements chelate functional peptides, and to conduct the research and development of plant peptides serum-free medium. The laboratory equipped with flow cytometry (FCM), inverted phase contrast microscope, the CO2 incubator, PCR, gel imager, Transepithelial resistance meter and microplate reader, etc.
